Hilmy Wines
Hilmy Cellars is an artisan Fredericksburg winery that offers a variety of wines including red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines. They source fruit from a range of growers including estate vineyards where emphasis has been placed on warm weather grapes. Their winemaker produces single varietal wines as well as blends and always strives to allow the grape to make its fullest expression.
William Chris
The team at William Chris believes that great wines are not made, but grown in the vineyard. They also believe that wine should be inspired by the pleasure that is shared with an extended community of friends and family over a bottle. The creation of each new vintage depends greatly upon these two priorities and those priorities are reflected in every part of the wine tour experience at William Chris.

Rhinory Winery & Preserve

The Edge Tasting Room
Our featured Texas cellar comes all the way from the Texas Hill Plains of this great state...English Newsom Cellars. Celebrating the Taste of Texas with several award-winning varieties to choose from, there is something for everyone. Everything from full-bodied cabernet sauvignon to delicious pinot grigios.
Lewis Wines
Located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, Lewis Wines was established in 2010 with the goal of producing world-class wines using only Texas grapes. Producing great wine starts in the vineyard, so we work our own vines and partner closely with our grape growers to bring you the best the state has to offer.
Arrowhead Creek Vineyard
We are proud to share with our visitors a thoughtfully curated portfolio of wines that can be enjoyed on wine tasting day trips from nearby Fredericksburg, Austin and San Antonio. Our wines have been made from locally grown, as well as very specifically sourced, grapes that best capture the subtle but certain profile expectations that our vineyard owners and partnered professional vintners were seeking to create.
Carter Creek Winery
Located in the heart of Texas wine country, Carter Creek Winery elevates the Texas winery experience to Napa levels and beyond. This is a quality wine producing region and our wines have won numerous awards. What makes our grapes so special is the combination of the extremely warm growing season and an early harvest, producing wines that are softer and more earth driven.
Untamed Wine Estates
Untamed Wine Estates is a result of worldly experience and measured science, reinventing traditional style through international inspiration. The owners, Dane and Mckenzie have produced 31 vintages of wine and millions of cases nationally and internationally before deciding to “break free” from the corporate mold and produce wine for themselves..
Wildseed Farms
Founded in 1983 by John and Marilyn Thomas, Wildseed® Farms has been a trailblazer for the wildflower industry. The family decided to put their five generations of farming and harvesting experience into planting their first vineyard in 2015. Currently consisting of 42 acres, the next planting cycle will add an additional 12 acres in 2024.

Das Peach Haus
Born of a peach orchard planted in 1928 and a roadside produce stand opened in 1969, the specialty food company founded by Case Fischer and Mark Wieser followed a path toward Culinary Adventure even before the path had a name. That journey, true to the values, curiosity and appreciation found in any plan derived from nature, gave the Texas Hill Country the Culinary Adventure Cooking School in 2016 and the Culinary Adventure Tasting Room in 2017.
